Steps for starting therapy:


1) Get in touch via email or the form on this page. Please let me know why you are reaching out, what you are looking for in therapy and what kinds of support you are looking for

2) We set up a first appointment.

3) We get to know each other over 2-3 appointments.

4) We evaluate the collaboration: What is this work doing for you? Is it the right constellation? Does the collaboration seem fruitful to both of us? Do we want to continue?


The client is free to end the collaboration at any point.
