Together, we look at what causes your guilt and what you would need to free yourself from it. We find ways to make your mothering experience more self-determined, confident and creative. We explore societal and personal pressures that weigh you down and how you can lift yourself up.
I have been working with mothers and mothers-to-be for nearly a decade. In these years I have encountered numerous experiences of guilt and its effects on motherhood. As a therapist and counsellor, I know how important it is to find support and empathy on the path through motherhood. And I know how empowering it can be to find a safe space to take a closer look at all that is related to guilt.
